Britannia launches two remortgage packages

Britannia has launched two-year and five-year fixed rate remortgage packages which offer reduced fees for those customers remortgaging to Britannia.
Both products have a rate of 5.09%, giving an APR of 6.3% for the two-year and an APR of 6.1% for the five-year.

Both products have an arrangement fee of only £349.

In addition, there is no administration fee, a free standard valuation and Britannia will provide free conveyancing, saving £430 for the average customer.

Dominic Facci, acting head of marketing at Britannia, says: "Customers remortgaging to Britannia's fixed rate products not only benefit from a great rate, but also reduced upfront fees."
