BUDGET: 25% shared home equity scheme
The Chancellor announced details in today’s Budget of a new 25% shared equity scheme.
Drawn up with The Council of Mortgage Lenders it will help 100,000 new home buyers in the UK, with nine pilot schemes across the country with the opportunity for people to buy their council homes.
